I feel as though the departments don't communicate with each other. I was called by Lauryn to schedule an appraisal while my car was in for an oil change. I explained that my husband would be bringing the each other. I was called by Lauryn to schedule an appraisal while my car was in for an oil change. I explained that my husband would be bringing the car because I had surgery 3 days prior. I was confused when Paul called me to tell me that unless I was ready to turn my car in for a newer model, the appraisal was unnecessary. All along I have told every person that has reached out to me that I am interested in a 2022 model of the car that I currently drive. Paul made it sound as though I would have to place a special order. My lease ends in August. More

Your service is beyond pitiful . I had to bring my truck back for an oil leak when I had just had the oil line repaired . My friend and I saw there was no oil on the dip stem . The service manager told me t back for an oil leak when I had just had the oil line repaired . My friend and I saw there was no oil on the dip stem . The service manager told me the oil level was fine and it was residual oil dripping . That’s the first time I saw residual oil dripping causing no oil reading on the dip stick . . He can not even lie good . Your mechanic also forgot to reinstall my skid plate . Worst service I ever had . xxxx IFF . More
