I feel like they only are looking for a sale and if they feel you won’t buy from them, you don’t matter even though you still have service through them. I tried in august, they couldn’t find it. I called Depaula and the financial advisor never called me back. I had to pay out of pocket $75. This time I called ahead and asked how to transfer it, they said just by the VIN #. When I got to the different dealership, they couldn’t find it either. That it is not through GM. I called Depaula, got put through to the same financial advisor. I called again and was given a manager. I was told “I’ll look into it but I’m not promising a call back tonight…”. I said well I’m here now and I need an inspection plus maintenance now so what am I supposed to do? His response “I don’t know what to tell you…” still no response- almost 24 hours later. I couldn’t feel like I mattered less since they know we moved away and probably won’t get another lease through them… More
