Sales mgr. Randy who finalized the purchase was not completely honest with me. He knew I was working with another dealer on a brand new Enclave.He told me I was “GETTING” an extended warranty with this completely honest with me. He knew I was working with another dealer on a brand new Enclave.He told me I was “GETTING” an extended warranty with this vehicle. Never showed complete breakdown of price - only monthly payment. I was charged $3446.00 for this warranty. Completely underhanded. I am filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals office. More

Eric from sales was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient. The only downside to my experience was when I picked up my car, the inside was not cleaned and detailed as I would have e knowledgeable and patient. The only downside to my experience was when I picked up my car, the inside was not cleaned and detailed as I would have expected and the car had a 1/4 tank of gas when I drove off the lot. I spent $32k on a used car and not even a full tank of gas. Disappointing end to an otherwise positive experience. More
