Unfriendly clerk. Took 20 mins to check me in for an oil change. Clerk left while in the middle of checking me in to run keys to someone else. I complained about having to stand and wait for 1/2 hour, he replied "your appointment was at 11:45, and it's only 11:57 now" the clerk was extremely slow, whether he was walking or typing on the computer, there was no sense of urgency despite the other 4 people waiting in line behind me. It seemed that he didn't even want to be there. I asked to have my wiper checked because it was skipping....and it is still skipping, which leads me to believe he didn't even put it on the work order. The clerk should have finished my transaction before running a set of keys to someone else. I will never bring my vehicle to you for service again. More
