I brought my traverse into Depaula for its first oil change on 7/22/21. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes. That’s ridiculous. After an hour of waiting I had change on 7/22/21. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes. That’s ridiculous. The staff was fine. The service was quick. However, for the second time I had services done that were under warranty but for some reason it did not appear in the computer. Your staff had to go looking for the second time I had services done that were under warranty but for some reason it did not appear in the computer. Your staff had to go looking for my warranty info. It was time consuming for both your staff and myself. Your staff shouldn't have to worry that all the correct information is there. It should just be there. If you update your system you need to make sure all information is successfully and completely transferred. Otherwise you can have aggravated staff and customers. More
