Very pushy, wouldn't return "refundable" deposit I was interested in the Chevy Bolt and took a test drive. The salesman was very pushy. I was there for several hours and he didn't seem to want to le I was interested in the Chevy Bolt and took a test drive. The salesman was very pushy. I was there for several hours and he didn't seem to want to let me leave without a sale. They had my car keys so that they could appraise my trade in. They offered me a high interest loan (5.5%) when I could get one at 1.99%. They told me the value of my trade in was half what it was because it had been in an accident. The accident was that it was hit by a UPS truck and the front fender was dented while the car was parked. They would not deal at all on the price. They told me a deposit would be refundable. They did not have the color car I wanted on the lot. I gave them a $1000 deposit on a credit card. Two days later I told them I did not want the car asked that my deposit be refunded. I was told they could not credit back my credit card and would send me a check. That was over a month ago and I still do not have my deposit back. I have called the salesman several times since to no avail and also left a message for the service manager that was not responded to. More

Upon delivery those free items were rolled into financing and not free at all. John clay was very helpful and on point. He expedited the process and did a very good job getting things done in a reasonable amount of time. Overall I would recommend the dealership but I would suggest during the extended warranty/service selection process you gear down just a little and understand what the customer wants in coverage. Offer but don't push. Could have been a deal breaker if I wasn't flexible. I feel as a customer I shouldn't have to bend. More
