Once they were able to look at my car everything was quick, easy and done incredibly well. However, my appointment was on a Thursday and no one looked at my car until Tuesday. quick, easy and done incredibly well. Purchased my 2017 Silverado here 5 yrs ago and been here every year since for inspection and oil change. Only 13k miles on it. Used to get upset at the much longer than expected time to wait but have gotten every year since for inspection and oil change. Only 13k miles on it. I was happy with the price but my salesman needs to brush up on his product knowledge. I was given wrong info about towing capability and he never once admitted he made a mistake or apologized. I had only up on his product knowledge. I was given wrong info about towing capability and he never once admitted he made a mistake or apologized. I had only really asked for one thing I needed and it was a trailer brake controller and it was not installed when I came to pick up the truck. I love the truck and the price/payment was pretty good. I understand times are difficult. . however, I started getting my cars serviced here 10 years ago, it has gotten worse and worse and worse. This last time may be the last straw. So ma . however, I started getting my cars serviced here 10 years ago, it has gotten worse and worse and worse. This last time may be the last straw. So many things to say. I had my cams replaced and my drivers side window motor replaced. Afterward my car alarm would randomly go off all times of the day and my car would tell me a door was open while I was driving (super annoying) then about a half month later, my car nearly exploded as the engine overheated while I was on the highway (on call at the hospital responding to a heart attack). I pulled over as soon as I could and arranged for my coworker to pick me up on their way in (patient was fine). I also called the dealership and informed them I would need a loaner until the dealership could fix my car (as I suspect they messed something up just like the alarm and the car telling me the doors were u locked). Nobody got back to me. Luckily I was able to borrow my father in laws car. They deny this was their fault and said it was a cracked manifold and later told me it was the water pump? Meanwhile I saw the engine coolant leaking from a hose, so not quite sure what manifold is cracked or what pump was shot. Either way I then went to the sales people (before I picked my car up) because I had scheduled a meeting to look at EVs. The incompetence in their sales was worse than their service in the garage. The sales people literally saw me on a phone call and decided it was an appropriate time to interrupt and introduce themselves. They then knew less about the cars than I did, and were not aware that Chevy was making an EV version of the equinox. Anyway. Overal this was a terrible experience, and I was leaning toward buying my next car there (like I did last time) but now it’s incredibly unlikely. More
