Since our recall battery replacement (Bolt 2019), I have called twice to ask some questions of importance to us relative to range with the new batteries. Each time, after about 15 minutes on line, I have b called twice to ask some questions of importance to us relative to range with the new batteries. Each time, after about 15 minutes on line, I have been told that a svc mgr is tied up and will call back to me shortly. Never happened . . . positively offensive! It was Chuck as we did the recall, but who knows who is responsible for the "no return call" problem. More

Very unhappy with the service. I pay for an extended warranty one of the best ones and I still get charged $81 above and beyond that because it’s not an actual gym part it’s an aftermarket part.
