One of the service techs was absolutely rude and unapproachable. Dealt with him in the past and was the same way. My truck had 3,000 miles and the fan went. Brought it in and told me he couldn’t hea unapproachable. Dealt with him in the past and was the same way. My truck had 3,000 miles and the fan went. Came back to dealer again for warranty work and again was “greeted” by this service tech who told me he was too busy and who told me to be there that day and then brushed me off. Bought a 50k truck and would never go back to buy or service a vehicle there again. More
