Your service is beyond pitiful . I had to bring my truck back for an oil leak when I had just had the oil line repaired . My friend and I saw there was no oil on the dip stem . The service manager told me the oil level was fine and it was residual oil dripping . That’s the first time I saw residual oil dripping causing no oil reading on the dip stick . . He can not even lie good . Your mechanic also forgot to reinstall my skid plate . Worst service I ever had . xxxx IFF . More

Very disappointed. DEF tank was bad with no fix in sight!! Took no accountability!!!! Truckless now. Truck is used to run a construction business and i couldn’t even get a loaner!! I feel like they only are looking for a sale and if they feel you won’t buy from them, you don’t matter even though you still have service through them. My lease has a maintenance package that we paid for. When starting the lease I told the sales rep that we would be moving and he said we could transfer it to any GM dealer. I tried in august, they couldn’t find it. I called Depaula and the financial advisor never called me back. I had to pay out of pocket $75. This time I called ahead and asked how to transfer it, they said just by the VIN #. When I got to the different dealership, they couldn’t find it either. That it is not through GM. I called Depaula, got put through to the same financial advisor. I called again and was given a manager. I was told “I’ll look into it but I’m not promising a call back tonight…”. I said well I’m here now and I need an inspection plus maintenance now so what am I supposed to do? His response “I don’t know what to tell you…” still no response- almost 24 hours later. I couldn’t feel like I mattered less since they know we moved away and probably won’t get another lease through them… More
