I was scheduled 4 time to have recalled air bag replaced. After bringing my truck to the shop I was told first time technicians for the work already left, second time the part was not in, third time the part After bringing my truck to the shop I was told first time technicians for the work already left, second time the part was not in, third time the part was again not in, fourth time finally had work done. When scheduling the appointments I was asked to hold while the person confirmed the parts were available and the time for service. Either the scheduler did not confirm or the service department did not follow through. More
