The staff from first walking in the door at Depaula Ford was nothing but amazing! We met with Devin who did everything to get me out of the Chevy Traverse in to my brand new Ford Explorer. Incredible disservice to a 30 yr customer Dissatisfied w car bc of SMELL THEY Ford put on the rug of the car it smells so bad that I cannot drive. The car gives me immediate headache.
