Our salesman, Nate was great from the minute we walked in. He was very laid back and did not make us feel pressured once. Although we were really interested in the Explorer, we told him we had another tes in. He was very laid back and did not make us feel pressured once. Although we were really interested in the Explorer, we told him we had another test drive planned for another brand vehicle we were comparing. He kept in touch, but also gave us our time to make our choices. When we did go to the other dealership, the sales pitch pressured approach is exactly why we didn't give that vehicle a 2nd look, and returned to complete the purchase with Nate. He is truly an asset to Depaula, and anyone he works with, both customers and coworkers. More
