I was able to have my state inspection and oil change done at the same time, got an appointment timely, and was able to have my vehicle picked up and dropped off so I didn't have to miss work. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I leased a 2019 Ranger for 3 yrs, when I first got the lease the finance guy suggested that I add rim an tire insurance to my lease. An when the 3 yr lease wa a 2019 Ranger for 3 yrs, when I first got the lease the finance guy suggested that I add rim an tire insurance to my lease. An when the 3 yr lease was up I decided to purchase the truck. I had damaged 3 of the rims which I tried getting fixed, It was then I was told they couldn't not repair my rims, do to the fact chrome rims CAN NOT be repaired, I was then told it would cost me 3000K out of pocket if I wanted new rims... So after a month I decided to trade it in for a SUV. An that's when the nightmare began. When I purchased the car I paid about 1700Kfor the full package detail for the car.. I would love for someone to explain how DePaula Ford Mazda was able to Undercoat/rustproof, wash/detail, emissions inspection, emissions or safety inspection on the same day I picked up my car which I picked up at 9:30am. Then on the 11th of September have DePaula Chevrolet apply the undercoating/rustproofing again.. I would of never known about all this if I was given a copy of the CarFax report... I know for a fact my vehicle was never undercoated, rustproofed, detailed or washed... I was told that they use a different company for the undercoat which is total xx.. I was told the undercoating is now clear just for the record there is no such thing... So therefore I was charged again for a service that I didn't not get.. I believe putting info that is incorrect is considered falsify an document which is illegal... So with all that being said. I'm gonna end this by saying I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DePaula Ford. I please hope this matter gets handled properly.. P.S. just one more thing, I called the GM of DePaula Ford several times an left voicemails stating my concerns every time an I never once gotten a call back, I even emailed also with them an again go no reply... More
Went in multiple times. Paid $604 for the turbo relief valve even though the site says valves are covered under warranty.
