This wasn’t an plan visit so I wasn’t an happy customer. I was there on October 24 due to an recall. While I was there I requested an oil change. That day I was happy with my service I received. While I was in NJ my undercarriage fell because the tech didn’t put it back correctly. I had to pay someone to put the undercarriage up so I can get back to Albany safely. Over all I always have good service. More

The dealership tried to charge me $3,860. 00 extra that I caught on my contract as aftermarket. After arguing and explaining they finally took it off because it didn't exist. I filled out the survey that was emailed to me and the sales manager called and asked why I rated DePaula Ford so low and I said because I was promised a couple of things I didn't receive and that they added more money to my contract.
