My car was brought in for a water pump replacement. It took 3 months and 3 service managers. Got it back finally and the car had oil or some sort of fluid throughout the interior stained into the seats It took 3 months and 3 service managers. Check engine light is back on. Bringing to a new Ford dealer. Terrible communication, and obviously wasn't fixed correctly. More

I went in early for my appointment and I was helped almost right away. I had a recall on my vehicle. The recall was taken care of professionally and I had a few other minor issues that were taken care almost right away. I had a recall on my vehicle.
