While trying to buy out my lease they only dealt with me though email, wouldn’t confirm what I needed to get a check for to buy it out. Then day when I picked it up I showed up and finance wasn’t aware I was coming in after I called and set up a time , then found out I was assigned to a sales rep I never spoke to one . To buy a vehicle and do my own finance should be that hard . Seams like once you don’t wanna finance or get another new vehicle they don’t care . Sales rep I was assigned to was nice, finance came off rude and unprofessional. I won’t ever go back . More
Very disappointed in service Been going here for 12 years but not anymore. Had my 2016 Fusion in for service that cost $2100. A simple oil change was part of that service. About 2-3 miles in to driving years but not anymore. Had my 2016 Fusion in for service that cost $2100. A simple oil change was part of that service. About 2-3 miles in to driving home excessive smoke and skipping. Turned around immediately. After it was checked I was told the technician read the chart wrong and put too much oil in the car. Even Jiffy Lube checks the dip stick to make sure it’s correct. The amount of stress cause by this basic service is not worth returning here. I have lost my confidence in DePaula service department. Nobody explained what was done on my car. Didn’t showed me where my car was. So left with no information at all. All I got was paper that showed what was done. Brought car to service center, said Progressive is pay for the service and was sent to collision. Was charged $200 for work that I didn't ask for. I have the receipt to prove it.
