Additionally I am disappointed I purchased an extended warranty for nearly $4000 that has a deductible of $250 and i was charged more on top of that (gap payment?). Bumper to bumper with deductible should be exactly that. Not that plus extra charges. He said I could have always taken the car back and that's an option in the future but it costs $200 just to assess the car. They need to diagnose first so basically I was trapped into paying regardless. More

Not 100% prepared for sale. Very little wiggle room on price. We drove an hour for a vehicle that was advertised at a specific price with 20,467 miles and upon arrival, the mile Very little wiggle room on price. We drove an hour for a vehicle that was advertised at a specific price with 20,467 miles and upon arrival, the mileage was a little over 28,000. (8,000 miles is quite a bit of a difference!) We were told they couldn’t do anything to lower the price and it was human error. No taking accountability except it was an error, or help to make it right. Next, there were tons of specs all over the vehicle. We were skeptical about the purchase because I’ve had issues with the paint on my previous vehicle. They did get help to show us that these specs would come off easily and in order to make the deal, we were promised “A $1,000 detail job to remove spots off exterior.” We received messages that spots were coming off, after salesman was working on it for a long time (not detailer). When we drove the hour to pick up the car, the exterior of the car had not been detailed as promised. We then had to wait about an hour for it to go back in to be detailed, and when we were able to actually pick up the vehicle, there were still parts that were not done. If the deal was to get us to buy the car promising an amazing “$1,000 value detail”, they broke their promise. Happy to have the car, but will most likely not return. Little did the salespeople know, my husband has spent over $100,000 in vehicles from DePaula over the past few years for a company he works for and now has decided to go elsewhere for future purchases.
