This was my first time Ford purchase in the last 15 years in the US. I have had purchased cars from used and new car dealerships in the past, however, never have I felt compelled to write a review for one of in the US. I have had purchased cars from used and new car dealerships in the past, however, never have I felt compelled to write a review for one of them as they are all just... OK. For the Depaula dealership, on the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by the kind and level of customer service. You see, I went there to purchase a vehicle like any time in my past and expected the sales rep(s) to be nice and kind in the beginning, however, after the deal was done, I was expecting a "regular" behavior. Not only the salesperson, Trevor, was very kind and professional before the deal, but he also kept the same demeanor after the deal was done. Further, when my brand new vehicle got some backup camera issues (not Depaula's fault), which was pretty frustrating, the dealership and Trevor went out of their ways to help me out and get it fixed. I am positive that if I ever buy a Ford again, I am only buying it from them! More
