I had the pleasure of walking into DePaula Ford after finding a truck online that caught my eye. I walked in and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Deven McGuirk. He was hospitable and welcoming. He didn't dismiss me and give me the ole "Let me go talk to my manager routine." He worked hard to get me a deal that was very good. I went back in the next day and met with Qasim. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with him as well. They were both transparent about the whole transaction... No hidden fees, no bullcrap. They will do what they can, within reason, to earn your business. I will 100% recommend these employees (Devin and Qasim) and this dealership as a whole in the future. Good stuff all.. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Colin and Qasin. Colin ended up thoughtfully recommending me a car I wouldn’t have thought of and couldn’t be happier.
