Chance was telling my brother and father more about my vehicle issues, and the availability of loaner vehicles instead of me. I was told by my brother that they had a truck for me 3 days prior but I was n vehicle issues, and the availability of loaner vehicles instead of me. I was told by my brother that they had a truck for me 3 days prior but I was never made aware. I made an appointment specifically stating my vehicle did not turn at all, and when I had it towed in they were acting like they weren't sure they could take it and didn't even get it on a lift for over a week More
