Technician stated in the diagnostic video a part was needed to pass state safety inspection; however, the vehicle was allowed to leave with passed inspection documentation without the said part ever bei needed to pass state safety inspection; however, the vehicle was allowed to leave with passed inspection documentation without the said part ever being replaced! The tech either lied about the necessity of the part or they are not checking the work before passing inspections, either way, safety is clearly not their top priority. More
