He wasn’t pushy, he understood we knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t waste our time with pointless conversations. When we picked up the car, he spent time going over all the features and how to work them (which he didn’t have to because they had already got the check...). Poor Follow Up I initially stopped by the lot to look at a car, nobody was around to assist. I emailed Andy about the experience and he game me his number to call. I initially stopped by the lot to look at a car, nobody was around to assist. I emailed Andy about the experience and he game me his number to call. When I called, he answered "yeah"... Not knowing if I called the right number I asked "is this Andy?" In which he responded "yeah". Still awkward, I asked if this was Andy that worked at the Hyundai dealership; again he responded "yeah". I was like "um, Ok". he said "who's this?". It was just an odd, unprofessional way to answer the phone. Anyways I told Andy what I wanted and he said he would call me right back. No call the rest of the day. I was a little frustrated already, but never heard from him except an email from him later the next day saying to just call him. So I called him, left him a message, and still have no response. Just a very bad initial impression of the dealership and Andy. I don't feel I need to chase somebody down to get information on buying a car. More
