Frank was exactly what we were looking for in a car salesman.. he was never pushy, communicated with us as friends yet very professional, and knew everything about every single car. We went in there basically just looking, and left with a 2019 Santa fe for a weekend test drive, then we never actually returned it... we just decided to buy it! Frank sat down with us and answered every silly question we had. When my husband had a question he didn't know the answer to, he called someone right then and there to figure out the answer for us. A few days after we already bought the car, Frank took the time to meet with us again just to review all the entertainment features and buttons to make sure we knew all the ins and the outs of our new car!
