After going through the stressful process of meeting with 3 other dealers test driving and having our trade in evaluated, we went to Andy Miller at the Dean Team Hyundai. Andy and Tim Riley (Manager) worked out a fantastic deal for us, both on the purchase price of their car and the trade in value on ours. With money being tight, this was extremely helpful to our family. I would highly recommend both Andy and The Dean Team Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thanks a lot guys! The salesman, Brian, responded to my inquiry within hours of submitting the contact form and I schedulled a test drive even though it was after hours. The day I actually bought the car was very busy for the dealership. There was a lot of waiting, which is expected for a weekend and also a known sales tactic. Brian was helping multiple customers at the same time but was still accommodating and cheerful. There was a maximum down payment (for cards) that threw a wrench into my financing plans, but the team worked with me and came to a compromise. I did feel pressured into buying the extended warranty (used car), and I'm not sure if it was the right call, but I guess time will tell. Both Brian and Richard were patient and helpful while I was weighing my options and making a decision. Overall it was a good experience and I got the car I wanted. I trust that Dean Team Hyundai will take care of any issues I might have and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good used cars. More
