The car was delivered from a dealership in Tennessee on May 29 ! Ben's knowledge of the product, his thorough search for a model with the equipment we chose (within a 250 mile radius), and his engaging and helpful mien and careful attention to detail - both with the customers and the transaction - made this a truly enjoyable (and entertaining) experience. Exceeded my Expectations I was very pleased with my car purchase experience at Dean Team Hyundai. And I am a very thorough and methodical person (read: anal-retentive), so I I was very pleased with my car purchase experience at Dean Team Hyundai. And I am a very thorough and methodical person (read: anal-retentive), so I don’t say this lightly. Dave Donnell (salesperson) was exceptional to work with - he was very knowledgeable about the product line and features, easy to work with, and made the whole process as quick and efficient as possible. He was patient with us as we did our research/evaluation to determine the right model & trim level, color, and options. And when they didn’t have that exact model in stock, Dave located it for us. I was surprised to learn that Dave had only been at Dean Team for about four months – he was better than many salespeople with a decade of experience. And the experience in Finance with Adam Novik was quick, efficient, and informative. Adam was more of a “Financial Consultant” than the typical person who does the paperwork. He advised me to take the standard financing to get a rebate, then suggested to refinance after a few months to get a lower rate. He even offered to send a reminder email. And Adam was very knowledgeable, including the details of DMV registration & titling. He also gave me the facts about the extended warranty option, without the high pressure sales approach of many finance managers. I had read reviews that the finance process at Dean can take a long time, but Adam respected my time and made the process as quick as possible. My greatest challenge is free time – between work, kids’ sports/school, and other activities, it’s tough to allocate a few hours to buy a car. But Dave and the Dean Team respected my time and made the process as quick and efficient as possible. We have only had the car for two weeks, but so far I am very happy with the car features, quality, and the Dean Team sales experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave, Adam, or Dean Team Hyundai. More
