Happy Owner of a Great New Car I purchased a Genesis G80 Ultimate from the Dean Team. The staff was very helpful and attentive. All interactions were professional and friendly. When I purchased a Genesis G80 Ultimate from the Dean Team. The staff was very helpful and attentive. All interactions were professional and friendly. When a mix up occurred and the wrong car was delivered for me, the Dean Team management quickly got involved, immediately prepared a matching loaner car and had my salesman deliver my car to my house as soon as it was delivered and prepped. The salesman then spent an hour and a half in my driveway explaining the many features of the car, programming the garage door opener, bluetooth connection, etc. My overall experience was great and the car is fantastic. Couldn't be happier. More

Internet Purchase went Great! My wife and I were looking for a used Mercedes SUV and found a 2014 Mercedes ML350 BlueTec that was just what we were looking for. The color (white), My wife and I were looking for a used Mercedes SUV and found a 2014 Mercedes ML350 BlueTec that was just what we were looking for. The color (white), low miles, and equipment was exactly what we wanted. The only problem, the car was 900 miles away. We called and talked with Reed Raleigh of Dean Hyundai. He was a low key straight-up salesman. We thought he kidding around with his name, since we were calling from Raleigh, NC, but he was serious. He answered all our questions and sent us additional photos and videos. After working out a good price, we decided to send a deposit on the SUV. A few weeks later, my wife and flew out to finalize the deal. The SUV was just as described! Reed Raleigh (Sales) and Richard Martin (finance) were both a pleasure for us to work with. We only regret that they do not work at a local dealer in the Raleigh area! More
