He spent the time helping us set up the bluetooth and apple play in our new car. It was raining the day that we purchased our car he said please schedule some time next week so we can fully detail your new car. e We told Frank that we had a limited amount of time to spend on the process of completing a purchase. We did not want to wait for the sales manager to accept the deal or wait for the finance manager to get our financing in place. We had sent over our FICO scores over before coming into the dealership for a test drive. Frank respected our wishes we returned from our test drive at 10:30 am we were leaving the dealership at 12:30 pm with a brand new car and all of the paperwork completed. More

Service Request My experience with Dean Team Service Department was a nightmare. I was told my car would be done at a certain time and that they would call with any My experience with Dean Team Service Department was a nightmare. I was told my car would be done at a certain time and that they would call with any delay, and after using my entire lunch hour to get to the dealership to pick it up, it was still in the shop not even halfway finished (and I arrived almost an hour after the scheduled pick up time). I was told an hour more and the service manager offered to bring it to my work, which I accepted. Well, it took almost 2.5 hours longer and by that time, I was the only person still at work. When I received the text I let them know that I'd be on my way and it was unnecessary to deliver it to me. When I got there my car was nowhere to be found...apparently they were cleaning it for me (please do not text me and tell me my car's done and it's not really done)...done means done and waiting for me. More
