Service Request My experience with Dean Team Service Department was a nightmare. I was told my car would be done at a certain time and that they would call with any My experience with Dean Team Service Department was a nightmare. I was told my car would be done at a certain time and that they would call with any delay, and after using my entire lunch hour to get to the dealership to pick it up, it was still in the shop not even halfway finished (and I arrived almost an hour after the scheduled pick up time). I was told an hour more and the service manager offered to bring it to my work, which I accepted. Well, it took almost 2.5 hours longer and by that time, I was the only person still at work. When I received the text I let them know that I'd be on my way and it was unnecessary to deliver it to me. When I got there my car was nowhere to be found...apparently they were cleaning it for me (please do not text me and tell me my car's done and it's not really done)...done means done and waiting for me. More

Truly Fantastic Dealership I recently purchased my second new Hyundai from Dean Team. As with my 2014 visit, my 2017 experience was spectacular. On entering, I was greeted quic I recently purchased my second new Hyundai from Dean Team. As with my 2014 visit, my 2017 experience was spectacular. On entering, I was greeted quickly and with a smile. Brad took time with me to determine the exact model, features, and color(s) I was looking for. He selected the perfect vehicle for me and we went on a test drive. He did a great job explaining the various features, both during the drive and back at the dealership. He also followed up by phone to make sure I was satisfied, or if I needed anything else done or explained. At no time was I pressured to buy a vehicle unsuited to my needs ... a color I didn't like ... a package with features I didn't want ... or warranties beyond what everyone should have. Financing offers were very good. I simply haven't experienced this level of honest, friendly, straightforward dealing anywhere but Dean Team. It's why I keep coming back - and telling everyone I know to come over, too. Be sure to ask for Brad! More
