Despite my purchase of a not very costly 2011 Genesis, they still provided service access to their loaner vehicles, tips on how where to get after market mods (a nearby affiliate with service loaner cars offered for that too!), plus automated car washes just down the street. Maybe that sale was more profitable than I knew, but I'm happy anyway. Sean in service was quite friendly and Adam made filling out all the paperwork very simple. Will seriously consider this dealer again in the years to come and seek out Paul T. again if I do. More

So, once the deal was agreed upon, the trip to the dealership to pick up the car was a waste of time because we had to find another car. Once a replacement vehicle was found, had to come back a few days later. Not a huge deal, but it was an annoyance. Salesman was great, worked extra hard to make it right. More
