Paul Thoman was anything but that when my wife and I bought a 2012 Sonata from Dean Team Hyundai in January 2017. We gave Dean Team a chance after a couple of other nearby dealers were unable to meet our needs, but the superior service from both Paul and the finance manager Adam Novik, and superior quality of the car we ultimately bought exceeded our needs. There was no pressure to buy, price haggling, or "let me check with my manager" that I experienced with prior car purchases, and the fairly priced, low mileage, fully loaded Sonata was well-conditioned before we drove it off the lot. It was truly a deal we couldn't pass up, and was so great that we know we'll return to the Dean Team for our next car purchase, whether it be new or used. More
