After arriving Justin R. discovered it was getting a scuff repair at a body shop and offered to take me there to look at it and test drive it. He even honored the lower price that was posted online a couple of days ago. With the help of Richard Martin we were able to get everything completed today so all I have to do is bring the rest of the down payment when the car is fixed. Richard was great to work with and was not pushy at all. Overall a great car buying experience. More

Awesome used car buying experience I recently had my car totaled and was down to the wire in obtaining another vehicle. I had searched the internet, and even went to some dealerships in person. After leaving one dealership, I searched the car I had just viewed and saw it was available at Dean Team Hyundai. Not only was the car priced lower, it had fewer miles. My brother and I pulled on the lot, immediately saw the vehicle. Justin Robinson came out, introduced himself, gave us info on the car, and it matched everything quoted on the internet site. After explaining my situation and issue with insurance claims, Justin took my application, introduced me to finance person Adam, and they let me know what was going on every step of the way. It was nearing close of business, yet they completed the processes to insure I was able to drive off the lot with the vehicle on Saturday evening. They were professional, polite, informative, and reassuring. I didn't have any second thoughts or reservations about the purchase. More
