Financing - Don't Trust Them (Update-See bottom) We originally wrote that we were very pleased with the dealership as they seemed they were there for us. Our issue and opinion has dropped to "poor" We originally wrote that we were very pleased with the dealership as they seemed they were there for us. Our issue and opinion has dropped to "poor" due to them misleading us regarding financing. When we went to purchase a car, we specifically stated we had excellent credit, asked for their finance rate and were told it would be fine, but not quite what we wanted, but they would explain and help with that. As a part of Hyundai's discount they included some reduction in sales cost if you financed with them. We were not told until we were ready to sign papers that their interest rate was 4.+%. I SHOULD HAVE TORN UP THE PAPERS THEN. We were specifically told that we could re-finance that in the 1.99% range once we made 3-4 payments and that ALL we needed to do was come back to see them and they would help us get it taken care of in seconds. This way we kept the incentive discount and then could re-finance at a lower rate based on our good credit score and we'd still save money doing it this way. Well of course they told a story and were not there to help us, but rather suggested a name of a credit union to go to. That was it. Have a nice day! We are now on our own, Hyundai Finance said they knew nothing about the other incentive and could not help us and again have a nice day. Sad to say, but if it sounds good, don't believe them. I'd move on. They lost the trust of a good customer, a future customer as I have 118,000 miles on my car and was beginning to look, but I won't look to this dealership or even Hyundai. Now I can only pray that their service team is more honest than their finance team as I am stuck with them service our new car. PS - They just called me back stating that one of their employees was going to assist my husband and explain the refinancing part better and that if he could wait a few minutes Adam would be with him. Unfortunately, my spouse was not given that message, but rather told you just need to go to a credit union so he left and left in a pretty bad mood. More

Justin was great to work with, Forthright and honest. I was looking for a used Prius and found this one on-line. Went to dealer and met Justin, test drove the car. It was late so I schedule an appointment I was looking for a used Prius and found this one on-line. Went to dealer and met Justin, test drove the car. It was late so I schedule an appointment to put the car up on a lift in the morning so I could further inspect the car in the day light. He met me in the morning and immediately got the car on the lift. Following the inspection he was great to work with negotiating the final price. It was quick and easy to purchase the vehicle. Most comfortable seat I've had in a vehicle, regardless of make, most recent purchases prior included Audi A6, GMC HD 2500, Mercedes 350 Blutec SUV. Including detail such as the Seat belt buckle. Very ample room for my large size, 5' 11" and 270 lbs. Excellent Steering Wheel adjustment, allows for more driving position comfort. Ease of use of Controls features. Already laughing about the great gas mileage. And, the anticipated low maintenance cost. Very attractive car and, I'm proud to show it to others. Definitely sharing the praises of the Elantra and the Dean Team experience. Thank you all, Dale. More
