Vipul, first of all we have bent over backwards for you, giving you free tint for your new Genesis, You inspected the car you when you took delivery and you have had it for over 2 weeks!!! I have told you we will be more than happy to fix the scratch for you at our cost and you want to blame us for a scratch two weeks after you have taken delivery. Now you are writing bad reviews about us and still have not even showed me the scratch!! I wish you well in the future but I don't think we will ever make you happy. Tom Fascetti

Tom, Thanks for the tinting. I hope the mark up of $5150 (2K more than the cost of my trade in) on my trade in should help and a little in defraying the cost of tinting and should at least make your sales department VERY HAPPY. I know you did fix the hood rock chip so hopefully the markup should be enough to cover that cost as well. At least the customer made the dealer HAPPY. Thanks again and wish you the best in getting more trade-ins like mine. Vipul.
