In and out in 30 minutes I found the car on the Internet. I called with a couple questions for JJ that he promptly got right back to me with answers to. He came in early to meet me, and had a car pulled up to the door when I got to the dealership. We got in and took a good 10 minute test drive. I've done my homework I knew what I was willing to pay for the car. I made an offer I thought was fair, they excepted, and we had the paperwork done in 15 minutes. I came back that night picked up the car. I didn't feel like it nor did I have time to go back-and-forth on price and play the whole car game. Probably the best car buying experience I've had! More

Very pleasant experience My wife and I were looking for an Acura MDX. Greg Glockengieser came out to help. We drove An Acura RDX but wasn't the model we were looking for.They had a 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser on the lot which I have always loved . so we took it for a drive looking for the other Acura we were looking for on the Dean team VW lot. The next thing I know I'm taking the FJ home for the night . We went back the next day drove a Mercedes . We were about to sign papers on the Mercedes and at the last minute I said no I want the Toyota FJ. Greg was great he let me take my time make up my mind and decide which one I wanted. Richard Martin was courteous and professional. We went in to buy a car met two sales people and when I walked away I felt like I had made two new friends.
