The biggest gripe I have was how long it took to get the car prepped after agreement to purchase, but in Dean Team's defense...it was a showroom vehicle, and the battery had died, so they replaced the battery with a new one. Justin was very patient with me and granted me access to any and all cars I wished to test drive. My wife and I both appreciated his patience. More
