These guys cant be trusted. They sold me a lemon. I have owned my car a few months and found out the brakes are bad as well as a few other problems. The night before we had a bad experience from another dealership, they were putting a lot pressure on us. With Rich it was just the opposite. He's listened to what we were looking for and made some very good recommendations. Not once did he pressure us to spend more than we were willing. We were able to reach a deal on a car and the whole process was surprisingly pleasant. Rich made sure we knew everything about the car before we left. He actually got in the car and drove us around and showed us how everything worked. That was after we already made the purchase. Great Experience More
