Mrs. Island, when we spoke several times about your purchase of the new Tucson and you not being happy and when I told you that your offer was accepted and that we would not be able to sell you the Tucson $500 less. When you came back into the dealership and we sat down together and I told you that I would cancel the deal and give you back your trade and all money you told me that you did not want to do. So I hope you understand 2 things, one we could not make the deal at the number you think you offered us and I told you that. second I was more than happy to cancel the deal and you declined to do that. I am sorry you feel that you did not understand your offer and that is why we always put it on paper which I showed you when we spoke at the dealership. Tom Fascetti
