Scott Varnum(sp) was very polite and patient with us. We knew where we needed to be with a payment and Scott made sure we got there. Both Paul and Scott gave us information on many options and we're both respectful when we turned some of them down. And one of even fewer that didn't try to pressure me into buying same day. They were happy to give me the requested information and happier to give me a VERY detailed demonstration of the vehicle I inquired about. When I did make my decision a few weeks later, they were truly grateful for my coming back. They, being not just the salesperson, but even the sales manager seemed genuine in expressing how grateful he was that I decided to come back to make a purchase. When the exact car that I wanted wasn't available, Bryan went out of his way to find the right one for me. The one he found was exactly what I wanted, just a different, yet equally attractive, color. After going to work for me without my prompting, Bryan came back to me with an initial offer that was a bit better then I was hoping to accomplish after an afternoon of back and forth. And this wasn't a "nice salesperson vs mean manager" type of process either. After a very short exchange, I wound up getting a much higher than expected amount for my trade. In fact, it was 15% more than CarMax offered me. I also wound up accepting the initial offer on the car itself which was right in line with TrueCar and Edmund's TMV. I came in with a price range that I considered fair. The exact agreed-upon price was right in the middle of this range. And well below my absolute maximum amount I had in mind when I came in. All without the knock-down drag-out that is usually the norm. After the sale is when many in the industry show their true colors. Most won't remember you or won't care. Not the case with Bryan. I think this is the second such experience I've ever had, and I've bought a lot of cars over the years. I REALLY did my homework before this transaction. I shopped for months and waited until I found the right make, the right model, the right dealership, and the right salesperson. Without a doubt, I would recommend this dealership and would certainly recommend asking for Bryan. More

Reed Raleigh was the salesperson working with me and was awesome to work with. He listened to my budget and really helped me find a good selection of cars that I would be interested in.
