I came back to Dean Team (now a repeat customer) and had a very wonderful experience. Andy was extremely helpful and patient. I bought an Elantra sedan off the sales floor! They repaired the damage, but I would have either requested a lower price or not purchased the 2016 Elantra. I have had poor experience with another dealer (Saint Charles Automotive) in my area and was giving the Dean Team Hyundai the benefit to treat me fairly. Dean Team Hyundai management is the epitome/stereotype of ""USED CAR SALES "", do not trust them to disclose information even if you ask, hindsight 20/20 I would have gone further to purchase the car." The salesman I worked with, Rich Pfuhl, kept this to a minimum. Before I bought the car, Rich helped my friends set up the Bluetooth on their car. That impressed me. After buying a 2014 Elantra, he helped me sinc my phone and my Kindle to the car and set up three months of Sirius XM. He also got a car manual for me and some paint to touch up a spot on the car. Rich was friendly and helpful. Scott Varnum was also helpful with the paperwork. A fellow Cardinal fan. I also called the service department a few weeks later to ask about oil changes. I talked to Tom who was very helpful and patient with my questions. I would recommend my friends to this dealership. I love the car and all the extra widgets. More

After searching for a month to find a low-mileage minivan at an affordable price, Paul called me up and let me know they had a Honda (what I thought I After searching for a month to find a low-mileage minivan at an affordable price, Paul called me up and let me know they had a Honda (what I thought I wanted) and a Hyundai. I immediately fell in love with the Hyundai Entourage, and Paul was able to offer me a very fair price with no hassle. The superb service didn't stop there, though. Paul went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. The Entourage I bought was used, but it fantastic condition. It had two small plastic button parts that needed to be replaced, and Paul offered to do so without me even needing to ask. He also had the car cleaned for me even though I had already taken it home. Beyond that, I managed to scrape up the front bumper upon bringing it home, and Paul ordered some touch-up paint and offered to do the touch-up for me! Just unbelievable service. Paul was not only likeable, but genuine. I would recommend doing business with The Dean Team to anyone! More
