My name is Tom Fascetti and I am the General Manager of Dean Team Hdamage or taking the same amount in a yundai. I have spoken to Mark and to my managers about your vehicle purchase. The vehicle you chose to purchase did have hail on it, but as you were shown when you came back in and spoke to Tim Riley, (my sales manager) which showed you we were up front about the hail damage as we presented the hail damage disclosure form, that gave you the option of repairing the damage or taking a bigger discu and you signed and printed your name on the hail damage discllosure discount re form. You chose to take the bigger discount that was offered as opposed to repairing the damage.. When you came back into our store and complained that you didn't know it had hail we fixed it. So I am very sorry you feel the way you do but we did everything possible to make sure you had a great experience! So I hope you understand we did nothing wrong and hope you will understand that we were up front about the hail, you took a bigger discount and we fixed the hail on the car for you.
