As a woman by myself I believe that the other dealership was definitely trying to take advantage of me. Ben french is my hero for not doing that. An auto repair shop where I have been a customer for 20 years recommended I buy a Hyundai, and also recommended I ask for Ben, because they, and their family members, have personally owned several. Then I was in the grocery store parking lot and an elderly gentleman had a Hyundai Tucson that looked brand new. I asked him how he liked it and he smiled and said it was the 5th Hyundai he has bought. Give the Dean team a chance. Shop around if you want but I bet you will end up buying from Dean team with no regrets and almost zero stress. I love my new Tucson. More

Dean Team Hyundai (specifically Adam Novik) was the only dealer that responded with an exact price. That was the only reason I decided to visit the dealership. I worked with Andy Miller. It was a fantastic experience. He didn't try to pressure me to buy a different car. He answered all my questions with straight honest answers. Andy and Adam worked with me to get a price even lower than the one he had initially quoted. Overall I really appreciated the honesty and openness of Andy and Adam. Andy actually made the whole process pain free and enjoyable. Andy was very patient in explaining all the controls of this sophisticated car. Best car buying experience ever. Thank Andy and Adam. Excellent Sales Staff, High Pressure Finance Department When I came into the dealership I had already done my research, and was seriously considering purchasing a 2016 Tucson Limited with AWD. I knew the ex When I came into the dealership I had already done my research, and was seriously considering purchasing a 2016 Tucson Limited with AWD. I knew the exact color and options I was looking for, and the price I was willing to pay (I kept the limit to myself). Justin Flynn and Paul Thorman were very professional and easy to work with. Had my experience with the finance department been on par with the sales department, I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars. I had originally spoke with Paul on the phone, and set up an appointment to meet with him on a Wednesday evening. When I arrived at the dealership he was working with other customers, so he asked Justin to step in and help me out. Justin accompanied me on the first test drive I took in a Tucson similar to what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the features as we drove. Upon arriving back at the dealership, we went inside to discuss the possible sale in more detail. Dean Team did not have a Tucson in stock with the options that I wanted, but Justin located one at another dealership. If I decided that I wanted to go through with the purchase, he could take a deposit, and I would finalize the sale the following week. I did not want to make a decision that night, and told Justin I wanted to think it over until Friday. By this time, Paul had finished with the other customers, and was working behind the scenes. Justin informed me that they did have a two-wheel-drive Tucson in stock in the color and trim level I wanted, and Paul had it ready for me to test out for two days. This gave me an opportunity to make sure the vehicle was the right one for me. When I came back on Friday, I worked out the details with Justin, put down the deposit, and the following Wednesday I drove off in my new Tucson. The finance department did not portray the professionalism that Paul and Justin did. When I first started looking into purchasing another new vehicle, I made the decision ahead of time that I was not going to let the finance department talk me into any additional products - and I didn't. However, I was patient, and I let him go through his spiel, which included evasive sales pitches, misinformation and aggressive behavior in an attempt to sell additional warranties and insurance. I was provided misinformation about the manufacturer warranty in regard to the electronic equipment. I was told that the Bluetooth, navigation, audio system, and others were only covered 3 years/36,000 miles. While this is true for 2015 and older model years, it is not for 2016 and newer model years. This is now covered under the 5 year/60,000 mile warranty. I knew this, but I knew I wasn't going to buy it either way, so I didn't challenge him on it. I just wanted to get out of the finance office as quickly as possible. More

Completely professional and awesome crew! When I first started looking for a car I put an 'request more info' search on the dean team's website about a pre-owned car. The very next day Darryl When I first started looking for a car I put an 'request more info' search on the dean team's website about a pre-owned car. The very next day Darryl called me to ask if I would like to come out to see it and maybe give it a drive around the block. I came in that very day with a somewhat open mind. I knew that I wanted a car but wasn't sure what and when I would get it. After meeting with Darryl I was blown away by his professional etiquette. He told me everything I needed to know and more about all the cars I asked about. I told him I had a certain price range I was looking to stay in and he helped me get into not just a car I liked...but THE car I liked. He was very calming in what was a very stressful situation for me. After completing the initial paperwork to be prequalified for the car, I came back two days later to finish financing with Scott. Both him and Darryl were helping me to get my paperwork finished and have the car ready to go so I could be the happy owner of a new car. I was just blown away at how everyone at this establishment actually cares about the customers instead of just making sales goals. More

The whole team went above and beyond to deliver the best experience i have ever had getting a new car...did I mention Rich Pfuhl even drove me home because i had injured my hand and didnt feel comfortable driving yet!
