Ben French exceeded my expectations in every catagory that I judge a dealership. From the minute I drove on the lot, I didn't have to go looking for a salersperson. He found me. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. He spent time with me and showed me the full line of your products until I was happy with my decision of purchasing an automobile If I owned a car dealership, I would do everything in my power in trying to take Ben away from you!!! Bad service after you sign the deal Had a good experience during the buying process, although there was too much back and forth (I would guess same as with any other dealership). My sixth week into ownership, the aftercare by the dealership was pretty bad. The incentive that was promised never got mailed out after 3 calls, 3 visits to the dealership, and 3 emails. The rep just said it will be in the mail every time I tried to contact. More
