When I came in to the dean team i was expecting to be treated like I was at the other Hyundai dealerships. But I was wrong. I was properly help in a timely fashion and was elated. When I realized Dean Team Hyundai ha I began my car search by shopping on the internet and was referred to Mr Thoman by Scott Varnum through email. When I realized Dean Team Hyundai had a vehicle I might want, I called Mr Thoman to ask about specific options. He immediately went to the car and sat in it while he conrirmed its equipment, color, etc. This was very important to me especially because I live over 200 mi away from the dealership. At my appointment, I was quickly and professionally greeted and given ample time to tesy drive and evaluate the car. I was amazed by how quickly and easily I was moved through the process of trade apprasial, price negotations, financing, and delivery. This was excellent because at a local dealer where I have boughi no less than 4 cars the time spent at the dealership has been no less than 6 hours!! This review is submitted by a lower middle income guy that values courteous and professional treatment. I was treated this way by all at Dean Team Hyundai. I believe Paul Thoman is the best auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. More
