I was a little leary of being an out-of-state buyer with a 4hr one-way trip time. However, I contacted Corey (CJ) one evening - after business hours - regarding a vehicle that had just been listed on cars.c a 4hr one-way trip time. However, I contacted Corey (CJ) one evening - after business hours - regarding a vehicle that had just been listed on cars.com. Not only was he responsive to me after business hours, but the next day he sent me additional pictures and videos of the vehicle, in addition to Carfax access and other peripheral information. After discussing with my mechanic and some additional back-and-forth with CJ, I felt comfortable buying the vehicle sight unseen from out of state. The transaction experience at the dealership was amazing, smooth and exceeded my expectations - the next time I'm in the market for a new car (the wife is now thinking perhaps she needs an upgrade), I will be contacting CJ and the Dean Team!
