Great Experience! Travis Smalley was great & very patient while I was being educated on Subaru’s and the different models they offer in 29* weather! I was also never bombarded with phone calls after leaving the dealer when I needed to think, but Kyle recognized me as soon as I walked in the door when I came back for a second drive unannounced. They honored their internet pricing and paperwork was pretty quick. I wasn't crazy about getting talked into a service plan by the manager, but it's cancelable. More
