Poor experience Integrity and honesty are lacking. Supposed to have the car to me today. Then when I asked to cancel since I did not have it when promised. I was told I could not because car was already on its way. Then shipper contacted me and said they haven’t even picked it up yet. Then dealership said they didn’t have a copy of my license which I sent 3 times and was notified they received. Still waiting for information about the refund of my down payment. Obviously cannnot trust these folks. Avoid at all costs! More

Helped me find exactly what I wanted! I’ll preface this by saying I’ve wanted a VW GTI for about 4 years. So when it finally came time about a month ago to look seriously I knew Dean Team I’ll preface this by saying I’ve wanted a VW GTI for about 4 years. So when it finally came time about a month ago to look seriously I knew Dean Team was the place to go. I was paired up with Matt Hampton (for sure the GTI guru there). He sat down with me on my first visit and really tried to nail down what I was looking for. From used to certified to new to warranties to options, he went through it all with me. Once he showed me the white silver color I was hooked and decided I wanted to 2018 VW GTI SE White Silver Manual with cloth interior. That was a tall order considering not many manuals are made these days, so it took a week or so of looking around. He was able to locate one in another state and trade for it. Matt is very personable and very much wants you to get the car you really want. It was virtually painless when it came to negotiating and in the end I was very happy with what we settled on. He took the time to go through all the features of my new car with me before I left, which was very useful especially coming from a car that didn’t even have Bluetooth! I highly recommend Matt and his teammates at Dean Team. I wouldn’t think twice about going there again in the future. More
