Out of all the sales people I talked with, Andrew Scheetz at Dean Team Subaru was by far and away the best at just understanding what our needs were and trying to meet those needs, not trying to sell us. He has a great customer focus. And, he is really knowledgeable about all the Subaru models, which was really helpful since we had never considered Subaru before. Andrew had a lot of patience with us as we drove model after model and answered our hundreds of questions. Ultimately, we decided on a Forester, and Andrew had a lot to do with that decision. More

We checked their inventory online and requested a test drive at 9 am Saturday morning. The Forester was ready, by the front door, all warmed up on 35 degree day, nice! We bought and the financing was a breeze too, with the finance guy, Dustin, who is a Patriots fan. I decided to get protective door trim from Parts and Richard Obermark put in the order and will call me when it arrives. Andrew Scheetz explained all the benefits that the dealership offers is maintaining our Forester. Then Andrew helped us get acclimated with our new Forester before we left, A wonderful buying experience !!! More

He made sure we were able to sit in and test drive three different Subaru’s and VWs the first day; and then another two different Subaru’s on the second. He followed up each day with a phone call to make sure we had all the needed information to make a decision. When we decide to buy a Subaru he made it very easy and “greased” the skids ahead of us so that the entire process was fast and efficient. Dustin Westhoff did a great job in taking us through what additional services were available; and we were literally in and out within minutes in terms of the "financial" side of the business. More

Not only painless but actually enjoyable! I've been shopping for a 2018 Subaru Outback (Premium) for awhile and did my fair share of homework on the three major Subaru dealers in St. Louis. W I've been shopping for a 2018 Subaru Outback (Premium) for awhile and did my fair share of homework on the three major Subaru dealers in St. Louis. What brought me to Dean Team Subaru initially was the email communication I had with Mark McNulty and the low pricing on their website. Mark was great through the couple of email exchanges I had, helped me understand my "walking out the door" price and wasn't pushy on having me come in. When I ended up coming in, I met with Tony Wright. Tony from the get go was personable and affable, generally all around likable. I told him I was interested in the Outback but that I had plans to visit two other dealerships before the day was through. Tony said he'd love to do whatever was needed to help keep me at Dean Team and save me the trip to the other locations (Thanks Tony :) ). Since I knew what a fair amount about the Outback, there wasn't much "training" that I needed however Tony clearly was knowledgeable on the product line. He took the time to answer the few questions I had and provided clear and detailed information. He suggested a great stretch of road to do a test drive on so I could try out the various features the car had to offer. When it came to negotiations, the process was beautifully simple. Telling me that he wanted to know "what it would take" to make a deal, I was straight forward with my requirements and with a quick conversation or two with his manager and agreement on my end we were writing up the sales contract. All while doing this, Tony took the time to get to know my wife and I and shared stories about his own family. The finance manager we worked with was Jason Moore. We didn't spend a ton of time with him but he did a great job, got us through all of our paperwork quickly and we weren't pressured into any add on products like we've experienced at other dealerships. At the very end, Tony made sure to explain every last feature as we were doing our final wrap up and even offered some great suggestions on coming back for more information on the cars and to not forget to take advantage of their free car washes! When we were done, we were totally content with the process. Will definitely go back to Tony and the Dean Team Subaru folks for our next vehicle. More
