This is VERY FRUSTRATING - buying a used car is already a sad process which can be improved with technology..... if it works. I'm really disappointed by this. More

I made several trips to the dealer, always meeting with whichever salesman was available. There was never the feeling that the sales team was competing for "HIS CUSTOMER". This dealership earned my business because throughout the process, they never hassled me; no phone calls, texts, or emails. I closed the deal today and the process was flawless.
