Without question one of the best experiences I've ever had. I was in the area visiting a friend from college. Decided to look online and found a car I really liked at this dealership. I am from out of state a I was in the area visiting a friend from college. Decided to look online and found a car I really liked at this dealership. I am from out of state and really wasn't thinking that seriously about purchasing a vehicle this far from my home. I worked with sales representative Jason Moore. Jason was a total professional. He was knowledgeable, patient, very service oriented and made the entire experience fantastic. After visiting the dealership and working with Jason, it became very easy for me to go ahead and make the decision to trade my vehicle and purchase a vehicle from the teen Dean Team. What was even more impressive about the experience, once I had traded the vehicle there were a few pending issues with the paperwork and gaining my title work from my home state. Jason and the sales team worked with me proactively to get all my issues addressed. I would strongly recommend Jason and the Dean team for anyone looking for a vehicle. More

3rd time was the charm! I had been in to this dealer twice, before purchasing my new 2018 Outback. Tony Wright was very helpful and patient, even as I chose another brand of vehicle in the end. Fast forward 4 years!.......I found myself in need of a new car unexpectedly. I went to Dean Team Subaru, yet again, only to find that not only was Tony still there to help, but so was Tim Ashley. Tim is very personable and knowledgeable on the car I was interested in. He made the car buying experience very easy and fun! In the end I was given a couple of different purchase options and was very glad he was able to present choices to keep me within my budget. Will certainly be back to see Tony and Tim whenever the need for another car arises! More
