I am happy with my purchase. Walt was my saleman, very personable and likeable guy, man of faith and was able to talk about it while i waited. I would recommend asking for him, if you come to this dealership. I was able to finance the car right where i was hoping and received what i was asking for my trade in. The process was relatively easy but took some time and I got frustrated. Not necessarily their fault, but still upsetting. I will not comment on the financial manager Rick. I will believe it was just a long day. More

Review of Dustin Westhoff, Business manager Dustin was professional , got us out of the dealership without a prolonged time. When we called Tony Wright to cancel our warranties, Tony said we co Dustin was professional , got us out of the dealership without a prolonged time. When we called Tony Wright to cancel our warranties, Tony said we could not go back to zero percent for 48 months, but could cancel the warranties but had to stay at the .9 percent for 60 months, when we approached Dustin about the same thing, he stated the same thing Tony did, which was not acceptable to us. We said we wanted to go back to zero percent for 48 months, Dustin said he would call Subaru and see if he could get the contract back, which he did and we were able to go back to zero percent for 48 months. We appreciate Dustin's efforts on our behalf and for rewriting a new contract for us. All in all we had a good experience with Dean Team Subaru. More
