We never once felt pressured to walk off the lot with a car which is very hard to come by! Everyone was very accommodating and made sure to check on us while we were waiting for financing. Speaking of financing, Dustin was extremely easy to talk to and made it enjoyable to go through the final paperwork. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and thorough; we would definitely use him again. My only criticism is the way the dealership handled things on the day of the transaction. The price of the car was firmed and the financing was already approved. But while waiting in the business office we were asked to stand-by for a few minutes. When our salesman returned he placed a letter in front of my wife that sketched out warranty and extended offers that, of course, each had costs. We had to make a decision on which option to choose then which no chance to take them home and evaluate. Similarly, we also were forced to make decisions on several subscriptions associated with the entertainment system. Prior to the day of the transaction, there was little pressure ever exerted so this way of asking for decisions with no time to evaluate was not typical of our previous experiences. More
